 November 21, 2025 The daily picture theme for today is #Baking. Every November the members of the New Ipswich Congregation Church assemble apple and pumpking pies to bake to be distibuted by the local food pantry for Thanksgiving meals. These photos were taken in 2018 when the goal was 100 pies. That number has grown over the years. Once the pies are assembled they are baked in church members ovens and returned the next day to be taken to the pantry. The Night of 100 Pies

 November 19, 2025 The daily picture theme for November 19th is #Page. This is a timely theme for me because I was busy cleaning up my Facebook "page".  I confess that I don't fully understand the difference between having a Facebook account and a Facebook page. I'm guessing that the page is viewable outside of the Metaverse whatever that is. When I first joined I went whole hog with the account. I created multiple pages, groups, postings, videos and reposts of cat videos. What a time suck it is. I made myself the administer of one group that almost cost me my sanity over political squabbles.  November 17, 2019 On this day in 2019 I went for a swim at the Mount Wachusetts Wellness and Fitness Center in Gardner, MA. It is just about a half hour away. At that time I was attending fairly regularily, taking a Monday Tai Chi class and attempting to swim a few laps in the pool. I even attended a few Silver Sneaker classes which were a tad too sedentary for me. I was younger back then. I haven't been back in years. I have a regular Tai Chi practice group in nearby Temple, NH and a by-weekly yoga group at the Congregational Church in New Ipswich.
