Daily Analog Photo - Rat Poison (1985)

I saw a lot of interesting things when I was working in Wuhan, China, A lot of local businesses along the road side. Mostly bicycle repair shops. In 1985 there were not many cars, mostly bicycles. They were built like tanks. It was not unusually seeing them carrying heavy loads. especially propane tanks.

Of course there were other roadside merchants and this one surprised me a bit. A rat poison salesman. To demonstrate his skill he had a collection of rat tails and what appeared to be mummified rat bodies (sans tails).

Obviously this guy knew his craft. I'm curious what he had in the bag.
