I reached into the archives for the daily photo theme #WindowWednesday.
When I was stationed at Moffett Field Naval Air Station I was able to catch training flights. Our squadron maintained Lockheed P-3 Orions. These were turbo props filled with Anti-submarine detection equipment.
Travel aboard these was rather interesting. I tried to sleep during the 30 hour flight on the floor under the radar screens. Eventually we arrived in Rota Spain. This is photo I took through a window, probably in November of 1971. I wish I had taken notes.
After posting my photo of the man with the broom, my cousin Lisa reminded me of one she took of her husband and son which fits into the window theme.
